New To ECC?

Welcome to the Eastside Website!

DennisLook around the website for important information about our church family. Our mission is to lead people to become fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Everything we do revolves around this mission. It is the foundation for our core values and it has been the basis of our ministry from the beginning.

You will see that we place a very high priority on family, children, students, and relationships. We believe these areas are important to everyone - no matter who you are or what your circumstances.

I want to invite you to visit one of our worship experiences soon. When you do, come as you are, relax, dress comfortably, and enjoy your time with us. I pray that you will experience “the best hour of your week.”

Blessings,

What To Expect

When you walk in the doors at Eastside, you will find a warm, welcoming group of people that are there to help you and answer your questions. We encourage you to come as you are – dress is casual.
worship5Our worship experiences are Sundays at 9 and 11 am. They are identical experiences with positive, practical, and relevant teaching for everyday life. We have a live worship band.

Every Sunday, you will hear a relevant, life-application message based on Scripture. These messages will help you develop into a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ and provide a strong biblical foundation for your life.

After worship, join us at NEXT for a chance to meet our pastors and other new guests. This is a great time to get your questions answered and figure out what your next step is at Eastside. Stay for 10 minutes, or as long as you want!

Children's Ministry:
Birth - 5th Grade

We have weekly worship for children ages birth to fifth grade in our AdventureKidz environment at 9 and 11 am on Sundays. Each Sunday begins with a story and a large group worship time that introduces the week's lesson based on the 252Basics or MyFirstLook curriculum. The large group breaks into small groups that discuss how each child can apply what they have learned to his or her life. Volunteer small group leaders are partnered with the same children for at least one school year in order to build trusting relationships with one another.

If you are new to Eastside, and would like to save time this Sunday morning, click here to pre-register your kids for their environments. Please complete the form prior to Friday at 5pm so we can process your information and get your children added to the system for a speedy check-in!

Student Environments on Sundays

studentseventbutton Student Ministry:
6th - 12th Grade

Octane is our middle school environment that meets at 11 am. High school students meet at 9:30 am for Fusion. The approach to worship and lessons is very similar to AdventureKidz. Octane and Fusion both begin with a worship time featuring a live band followed by a large group lesson. The large group breaks into small groups led by volunteers that have committed to spend at least one year with the same group of students to build trusting relationships.

Life Groups

lifegroups_event

Life Groups are where life happens together. One of our goals at Eastside is for all adults to meet together regularly in small home groups called Life Groups. Life Groups are made up of individuals or married couples who meet during the week for fellowship, Bible study, prayer, and accountability. Life Groups are vital to relationship-building and growing together with friends. If you are interested in getting connected with a Life Group, please call the church office 316.733.7011 or email Bess at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
